CAO Colombia is a special in the CAO “World” line. It’s the first to feature tobacco from Colombia and is a unique and delicious option. This cigar is made with a rare Colombian leaf called Ica Mazinga which is a Cuban seed grown in the 1800s. Grown in the mountains of Colombia for 15 years this tobacco is smooth and pleasant.
The blend is a Nicaraguan wrapper, Cameroon binder and fillers from Colombia and Brazil. The combination of these leaves is mild to medium body and full of flavor. When you light up a CAO Colombia you’ll get notes of toasted nuts, light coffee and a slightly sweet and salty finish.
Colombia cigars burn smooth and have a clean balanced draw from start to finish. Smokers get hints of black cherry, oak and even a touch of nougat. It's well made and easy to smoke even for those who prefer lighter cigars.
Rated 92 by Cigar Aficionado and Best Buy of 2015. A great option for those looking to try something new and flavorful at a great price.
